Keppel Seghers

Keppel Seghers - Attract talent with a new career site

Keppel Seghers is an international company active in the waste-to-energy sector. They offer a broad portfolio of comprehensive environmental solutions. As a growing business, they are continuously looking for new people, often with rare profiles. Since they are not well known in the Belgian market yet, this is quite a challenge. In cooperation with our HR solution partner, Elements, we built a new career site to help Keppel Seghers improve employer branding and attract new talent.

Challenge

  • Build a site that allows candidates to get a good understanding of the current job opportunities as well as get a feel for the culture, colleagues and structure of the organization.

  • Provide an optimal candidate journey for job seekersĀ

  • Link to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enable close follow up of applicants from start to finish.

Result

In 6 weeks' time, www.werkenbijkeppelseghers.com was built, shaped and launched. A clear overview of all open vacancies, a practical search function and smart job suggestions lead candidates to the right vacancy. Once on a detailed vacancy page, candidates will find all the info they need to get a good understanding of the job, department and culture. Applications can be done via the site or LinkedIn. Through a series of adaptable content pages, Keppel Seghers is able to present the culture, departments and colleagues easily on the site.

Additionally, the career site is integrated with an ATS (Applicant Tracking Systeem). Vacancies are retrieved from this system and applications fed back into it. This allows Keppel Seghers to create an optimal candidate journey via the jobsite and at the same time, facilitate the work of recruiters, create their own candidate base and support candidates throughout the entire hiring flow via the ATS.
